YOUNG TALENTS ESCOFFIER COMPETITION SPONSORED BY CHEF WORKS
Chef Works will also sponsor the the 10th Young Talents Escoffier (formerly known as Disciples Escoffier Young Talent Trophy) taking place alongside an exciting Chef Battle (Black Box) by seasoned celebrity chefs from Michelin-starred restaurants. The 2017 Young Talents Escoffier will once again see eight chefs 24 years old or younger from China, Hong Kong, Macau, Singapore, South Korea, Thailand, The Philippines, and Vietnam, displaying their culinary prowess as they are tasked with creating Escoffier’s own recipes. The winner will be representing Asia in the global final in France!
